the failure in epistemology is not merely how to understand the lack of actuality of our knowledge given our finitude. It is furthermore, to understand how the concealment of concealment itself happens. it happens by the misunderstanding of the form of the relation we have towards being. The relation is always threatened by thought's excess vis a vis what reveals itself in every appearance. the concealment of concealment is the result of the lack of care we have had towards both being and ourselves as finite beings. 
in fact, the arrogance of dasein, arrogance which is ultimately to blame for the concealment of concealment, which is to blame for the actuality of our self-alientated state, rather than coming from an attitude of superiority, comes from deep self-hatred. we hate outselves as finite and we hate the authority of being. we dislike being's intrusion into our allegedly "self-determinig" form of life. we dislike the instincual feeling that nature does not care about our "plans", about the "freedom" of our "lifestyle choices", the "moral nautrality" of our "autonomous decisions" as "consenting adults" or whatever else bogus bullshit we've been told by the linguistic engeneers of the reign of machination at intelligence agencies and/or the modern university, decanting into civil consciousness through the passive consumption of media, made even more passive through the designed state of human cognitive exhaustion and general unhealth. In fact, we do not preserve the link that would allow us to cherish being's own being because we have been made to hate ourselves as beings under the reign of being and being as that which sents the ground for the being of all beings.
